Our new Martial Arts shop is now open at Unit E2, Cowdray Centre, Cowdray Avenue, Colchester, CO1 1BX.

Office opening hours are 2pm - 9pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The shop is closed on Wednesdays.

Come and train with three world class Japanese instructors on our Annual international Spring Camp in Windsor on the weekend of 25 - 27th April.

You will have the benefit of training with our Chief Instructor Sensei Masao Kawasoe, his instructor from Japan, Sensei Tsuyama and Sensei Naito.

This three days training also includes a Black Belt Grading opportunity for those who qualify. Support your club and organisation by attending.

We are staying at the Slough Premier Travelin for the weekend.

Payment for the course is on the day - cash only. Training restricted to two or three days training only - no one day package available.
